As mentioned we are Independent Mortgage Brokers, we are not tied to any individual bank or building society and we also use the most up to date sourcing system to find a product which will be tailored to your own individual needs and requirements. (We can be paid by commission by the lender, or you can opt to pay a fee - typically 0.35% of the loan amount)
